I have been faithful to sitting everyday for 12 days in a row. However, I have been fluctuating my sits between 5, 10, 15 and 20 minutes. My hope is to sit at least once a day for 15 minutes.
Once I had a regular sitting practice, where I sat twice a day for 15 minutes. I guess it’s easier to continue a regular practice, then re-establish it. It’s all a process.
